• —Uploaded and generated content — token files you upload, brand assets you submit, token sets you generate or edit, and any exports you create within the platform, associated with your account.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, behavioral profiles, or any data unrelated to providing the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• —Store and display your token sets, uploads, and generation history for your access.
• —Process your submitted content through our AI provider to return generated outputs.

3. Authentication — Clerk

BaseFrame uses Clerk for account creation, authentication, and session management. When you sign up or sign in, Clerk handles your credentials and login flow. This means your login information — including your email address and any social login data — is processed and stored by Clerk under their own privacy practices.

4. AI Processing — OpenAI

When you use AI-powered features in BaseFrame (such as generating a token set from a brand image), your submitted content is sent to OpenAI for inference. OpenAI processes this content under their own privacy and data retention policies.

Please do not submit content that includes personal information about third parties, or content subject to confidentiality obligations that prohibit third-party processing.

5. Access to Your Data

Access to your information is strictly limited:

• —You — may view, download, and manage all content and outputs associated with your account at any time.
• —BaseFrame — accesses your data only to the extent necessary to operate and improve the service.
• —Third parties — have no access to your data except as described in Sections 3 and 4 (Clerk and OpenAI), or as required by law.

There are no administrative accounts with access to your content beyond what is described above.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. When your account is deleted, associated content and outputs are removed accordingly.

BaseFrame is in active development. While we take care to preserve your data, we encourage you to export and keep local copies of any work you consider important.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Authentication and credential management are handled entirely by Clerk. All communications with the service are encrypted in transit.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

8. Cookies and Session Data

BaseFrame uses cookies solely for authentication and session management purposes, through Clerk. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and expire automatically at the end of your session or upon sign-out. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
